During the 23 hours the Power Chamber of the Power Rangers appeared under the House of the Book of the Brandeis-Bardin Campus of the American Jewish University. Zordon awoke there and quickly realized something was wrong, not only the fact that he was supposed to be dead, but the fact that the world was in chaos. He contacted his protege, Gosei, who could not enlighten him as to how the world had gotten to this state, but informed him that many teams of Power Rangers had come since he had fallen. So Zordon and Gosei sought to bring together as many Power Rangers as they could. They have also reached out to the Super Sentai and several other Tokusatu heroes of the Sentai and Henshin Hero varieties, including the various Kamen Riders.
However Zordon wasn't the only once fallen entity from the Power Rangers universe to make a return in Coreline. Dark Specter and his United Alliance of Evil had also returned. Once more they sought to conquer the universe and recognizing the threat of the Power Rangers made plans to deal with them. They dispatched Master Vile and General Havoc, who were two of their most dangerous and most competent commanders, along with Goldar and Ecliptor as field commanders, Finster as their monster maker and the forces of the Machine Empire as their army, along with Super Putty Patrollers and Quantrons that serve as the personal forces of Goldar and Ecliptor respectively. Master Vile is based out of Rita's palace, while General Havoc is based out of the Space Base he originally created for his sister, Divatox.
Angel Grove appeared as a suburb of Los Angeles and the UAE so made that city their first target... only to get their butts handed to them by a combination of the Los Angeles National Guard and "normal" citizenry, who by this point had already dealt with a lot of trouble during Operation: Takeback. The Zeo Rangers only showed up in time to help with the clean-up. However, since then Master Vile and General Havoc have come up with a variety of devious stratagems to attempt to weaken the Power Rangers and other enemies as well as allying with other Power Rangers villains among others.

Roster
A list of Ranger Teams and there members. It is not exhaustive as many alternate Rangers exist as well.
Mighty Morphing Power Rangers
Red Ranger- Jason Lee Scott
Black Ranger- Zack Taylor
Blue Ranger- Billy Cranston
Yellow Ranger- Trini Kwan
Pink Ranger- Kimberly Ann Hart
Green Ranger- Tommy Oliver
This version of the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers is from early in their career, still retaining the original membership, as well as Tommy Oliver as the Green Ranger. They often fight alongside the Zeo Rangers. These rookie Rangers have quickly gained experience on Coreline and have even upgraded to the Thunder Zords, except Tommy. They can use a unique version of the Mega Dragonzord, known as the Thunder Mega Dragonzord, or the Super Thunder Megazord.
Aquitar Rangers
Red Ranger- Aurico
White Ranger- Delphine
Blue Rangers- Cestro
Yellow Ranger- Tideus
Black Ranger- Corcus
The Aquitar Rangers hail from the planet Aquitar and for the most part remain there. However they have in the past traveled to Earth to help the Power Rangers of that world and with Earth being under more threat than ever on Coreline, they have done so several more times.
Zeo Rangers
Red Ranger- Tommy Oliver
Green Ranger- Adam Park
Blue Ranger- Rocky DeSantos
Yellow Ranger- Tanya Sloan
Pink Ranger- Katherine Hillard
Gold Ranger- Trey of Triforia
The Zeo Rangers, thanks to the power of the Zeo Crystals are arguably the strongest ranger team. Therefore, they are called upon to deal with the worst threats that Zordon knows of. When not needed for such missions they defend Angel Grove and to a lesser degree the rest of Los Angeles. Trey does not operate on Earth permanently, rather spending much of his time on Triforia. Tommy Oliver spends much of his time in Reefside mentoring and leading the Power Rangers Dino Thunder, leading to him sometimes entrusting Jason with the Red Zeo powera or more often letting one of the others take over temporary leadership of the team. Some have suggested a connection between Getter Rays and/or Spiral Energy and the power of the Zeo Crystal.
Turbo Rangers
Red Ranger- T.J. Johnson
Blue Ranger- Justin Stewart
Green Ranger- Carlos Vallerte
Yellow Ranger- Ashley Hammond
Pink Ranger- Cassie Chan
Blue Senturion
Phantom Ranger
The Turbo Rangers originally battled against the space pirate Divatox, sister to General Havoc. On Coreline they work with the organization Lightspeed, since Angel Grove is also protected by the Zeo Rangers and Space Rangers. They operate out of a new Lightspeed Base in Stone Canyon, a neighboring city to Angel Grove. Divatox, sometimes assists her brother on Earth, but generally operates elsewhere, doing missions for the United Alliance of Evil and just ravaging the spaceways. Her subcraft has been upgraded with the help of Havoc and with technology stolen or even purchased from various sources to be a formidable threat in space combat, aerial combat or aquatic combat.
Space Rangers
Red Ranger- Andros
Black Ranger- Carlos Vallerte
Blue Ranger- T.J. Johnson
Yellow Ranger- Ashley Hammond
Pink Ranger- Cassie Chan
Silver Ranger- Zhane
Karone
The Space Rangers are notable for their use of the Astro Megaship, allowing them to travel in space. The Astro Megaship also combines with the Astro Megashuttle to form the Astro Megazord. The version used by the Space Rangers currently is actually the Astro Megaship Mk II as the original was destroyed. The fact that they have a space ship allows them to confront the forces of the UEA and other enemies on many worlds. Ironically they actually battle Divatox more often than the Turbo Rangers. Space Rangers often work with Space Patrol Delta, sometime cooperating with their Ranger teams. This team shares much of it's membership with the Turbo Rangers, but they are alternates of each other. Karone, formerly Astronema of the UEA and Galaxy Pink, is an ally of the team, but currently possesses no Ranger powers.
Galaxy Rangers
Red Ranger- Leo Corbett
Green Ranger- Damon Henderso
Blue Ranger- Kai Chen
Yellow Ranger- Maya
Pink Ranger- Kendrick
Magna Defender- Mike Korbett
The Galaxy Rangers operate out of the Terra Venture colony on the planet Mirinoi. However, they have demonstrated the capability to travel between Mirinoi and Earth. They recently received an Astro Megaship from the shipwrights of KO-35, homeworld of Andros, Zhane and Karone, however they lack the Astro Megashuttle which would allow them to use the Astro Megazord.
Lightspeed Rangers
Red Ranger- Carter Greyson
Blue Ranger- Chad Lee
Green Ranger- Joel Rawlings
Yellow Ranger- Kelsey Winslow
Pink Ranger- Dana Mitchell
Titanium Ranger- Dana Mitchell
The Lightspeed Rangers have been joined by a large number of other teams under the umbrella of the Hexagon organization, along with the Silver Guardians. Besides the Turbo Rangers Time Force Red Ranger Wesley Collins, and Quantum Ranger Eric Meyers, there are mass-production Rescue Morphers produced by a collaboration between Bio Labs (the parent company of the Silver Guardians and a major backer of Lightspeed), Space Patrol Delta and others, which are used by teams of Lightspeed Rangers through the world. However, the vast majority of Lightspeed's membership are non-powered emergency services personnel as well as the Silver Guardians. The original Lightspeed team still operate out of Mariner Bay, California.
Time Force Rangers
Red Ranger- Wesley Collins/ Alex Collins
Blue Ranger- Lucas Kendall
Green Ranger- Trip
Yellow Ranger- Katie Walker
Pink Ranger- Ken Scotts
Quantum Ranger- Eric Myers
The Timeforce Rangers spend little time in the present of Coreline instead travelling through time to prevent disruptions to the timeline. They fight alongside organizations like the Temporal Defense Initiative from Star Trek Online and the Time Patrol from Dragonball Online as well as individuals like the Doctor and Sailor Pluto. Wesley Collins uses Time Force Red Powers as leader of the Silver Guardians with his descendant Alex Collins using them in other times, but in the present only one uses the powers at one time, because replicating the same powers can be dangerous ("Too much Pink energy is dangerous."). The Silver Guardians operate out of Silver Hills, Washington and have received several mass-production Rescue Morphers in order to support the Red Ranger and Quantum Ranger when the other Time Force Rangers are not around.
Wild Force Rangers
Red Ranger- Cole Evans.
Yellow Ranger- Taylor Earnhardt
Blue Ranger- Max Cooper
Black Ranger- Danny Delgado
White Ranger- Alyssa Enrilé
Lunar Wolf Ranger- Merrick Baliton
The Wild Force Rangers focus on fighting threats to Earth's ecosystem as well as the Orgs. They have fought alongside the Planeteers and against Dr. Eggman amongst others. The Wild Force Rangers are based on the floating island of the Animarium the last remnant of the last kingdom of Animaria, watched over by Princess Shayla. On Coreline the Wild Force Rangers have discovered many more Wildzords (including versions of Gaoranger Power Animals not used in Wild Force), giving them possibly the most extensive number of Zords of any Power Rangers team.
Wind Power Rangers and Thunder Power Rangers
Red Wind Ranger- Shane Clarke
Blue Wind Ranger- Tori Hanson
Yellow Wind Ranger- Dustin Brooks
Crimson Thunder Ranger- Hunter Bradley
Navy Thunder Ranger- Blake Bradley
Green Samurai Ranger- Cameron Watanabe
The former Wind Rangers have continued training new Wind Ninja, and have a close relationship with Hexagon, which many of their Wind Ninja have joined as new Rangers. Hexagon has also assisted the Wind Rangers in reclaiming their powers. They have begun acting as one of Hexagon's main Ranger teams. The Thunder Rangers have not joined them. Cameron often limits himself to support duties, because their is another Green Samurai Ranger and their could be consequences if they both used.
